Good coffee

Coffee finally tasted good today.  I did just open a new package of coffee so it may just have been that but last night's decaf was tasty as well.  So I guess it takes two weeks until my tastebuds return to normal from the antibiotics.  Wish that was the case for my appetite.

I did my 2nd to last pre-marathon run today.  It was really hot but at least I did my now normal pace of 9:50 min/mile.  My left heel hurts and it may be because I still have pain in my right big toe so I'm compensating for that. Argh....one more run on Thursday then I fly to Seattle for the marathon.
